How To Use:

1. Lay the Cocoon on a flat, low surface with the zip open and arm studs closed.
2. Place baby on top, tuck legs into the swaddle, and zip up with baby's hands in the desired position.
3. For nappy changes or cooling down, unzip from the bottom to release legs and lower torso. Zip closed again when finished.
4. Layer underneath for additional warmth as needed.
5. To transition to arms-out sleeping, gradually release arms by opening the studs on the shoulders over several days.
