Need to return something?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the purchases you have made.
We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions :
- Goods must be unused, in their original packing and with tags attached (if applicable).
- For personal hygiene purposes, there will be no refund or exchanges allowed for food products or undergarments unless the product is defective (e.g. the packaging was open when received or there is a manufacturing defect).
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
- All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Pack your item(s) into a bag or box (ideally the original delivery box).
- Send or drop your parcel off at our warehouse on week days (excluding public holidays) between 10am-5pm. Please include your order number for our reference.

Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
If using a third party courier company to return your parcel, please ensure that you use a tracking number as we are not able to take responsibility for untraceable parcels.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
