Steam then mash fresh foods into the perfect puree and serve your baby directly from the bowl or store it for later. The set includes a lid and steaming basket to steam your fruits and veggies before mashing. To use: dice up fresh fruits and veggies and place them in the steaming basket. Add 2-3 table spoon of water, cover with the lid and microwave 4-6 minutes or until fork tender. Then, simply mash your steamed food and feed your baby fresh, healthy baby food right from the mashing bowl or simply blace lid on the bowl and store food for later use.
