How to Use
- Label the bag with date, time, and volume.
- Tear open at the top.
- Pour in freshly expressed breast milk.
- Gently press out extra air.
- Seal tightly, ensure both zippers are sealed.
- Lay flat in the freezer to save space.
Thawing & Feeding Instructions
- Thaw in fridge overnight or in a bowl of lukewarm water.
- Swirl gently to mix (don’t shake, it can damage nutrients).
- Warm milk is optional - room temperature is perfectly fine.
- Test milk temperature on your wrist before feeding.
Cautions & Warnings
- Single-use only — do not reuse.
- Do not overfill — leave 2.5cm for expansion.
- Do not microwave or boil.
- Discard if the milk smells sour or appears curdled.
- Check the bag before use — do not use if damaged or open.
- Not a toy — keep out of reach of children.
- Wash your hands before handling breast milk.
