Delivery Rates

Shipping is complimentary for orders totalling SG$50 or more.

For orders below SG$50, a shipping fee of SG$4.90 applies. Additional charges may be incurred for bulky items or for orders delivered by our partner brands (including MOMIJI and Bublotte).

Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we may utilise recycled packaging materials.

Please provide a local Singapore number when entering your shipping information. 

Delivery times are specified on each product's description page. Items marked as "Ready to Ship" typically arrive within 1-3 working days if ordered before 10am, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you require your order urgently, please drop us a note or call us so that we can expedite your order where possible.

For items that are marked delivered in "3-5 working days" or longer, these are fulfilled by our trusted brands and partners. While we make every effort to ensure that all items displayed are in stock and ready for dispatch, there may occasionally be situations where a product becomes unavailable due to our partners' inventory updates.

In the event that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, our team will contact you as soon as possible to provide an update. Where applicable, we may offer a suitable replacement, alternative product, or a full refund based on your preference.

We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you and your family.

Delivery during Busy Periods

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. However, as we rely on a third party courier service, please note that there may be courier delays during sale or peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday or Chinese New Year) due to the high volume of orders received.

Self Collection

For weekday orders placed before 12pm, self-collection is available on the same day at no charge. Items marked as "Ready to Ship" are eligible for self-collection on weekdays (excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please present your order number upon collection, and pickups must be made by 5pm on weekdays. Orders not collected within 3 months will be disposed of without any further notice.

Gift Wrapping

Orders requiring gift wrap may experience an additional one-day delivery delay.

International Delivery

Please contact us for overseas orders. We will provide you with a shipping quote depending on your location and product.

GST Refund

Please note that we do not offer GST refunds for tourists as we are not registered under the Tourist Refund Scheme in Singapore.
