Exchanges and Refunds
Please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our working hours are between 9.00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday and we may take 1-2 business days to respond. Please include your order number and photos (if relevant) in your e-mail.
Please note the following terms and conditions for any returns or exchanges:
- You may return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date the product was delivered.
- For personal hygiene purposes, there will be no refund or exchanges allowed for food products or undergarments unless the product is defective (e.g. the packaging was open when received or there is a manufacturing defect).
- Products must be returned brand new, in their original packaging (which is undamaged) and have all tags attached.
- Baby Central is not responsible for any delivery or handling costs incurred when returning or exchanging the products, except where the product has been deemed defective or the incorrect item has been delivered, in which case Baby Central will cover any postage costs. You may drop the product off at our office during office hours or send the product back to us by courier or mail. Any refund will only be given after we have received the item back.
- Baby Central reserves the right to reject the product if it does not fulfil the return conditions stated above. There will be no refunds or exchanges offered for products that have be used, worn, or washed or where the packaging has been damaged. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
- Clearance sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless the product was defective.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
