Delivery Rates

Shipping is complimentary for orders totaling SG$50 or more. For orders below SG$50, a shipping fee of SG$4.90 applies. Additional charges may be incurred for bulky items.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we may utilize recycled packaging materials.

Delivery times are specified on each product's description page. Items marked as "Ready to Ship" typically arrive within 1-2 working days if ordered before 10am, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Delivery during Busy Periods

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. However, as we rely on a third party courier service, please note that there may be courier delays during sale or peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday or Chinese New Year) due to the high volume of orders received. 

Self Collection

For weekday orders placed before 12pm, self-collection is available on the same day at no charge. Items marked as "Ready to Ship" are eligible for self-collection on weekdays (excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please present your order number upon collection, and pickups must be made by 5pm on weekdays.

Gift Wrapping

Orders requiring gift wrap may experience an additional one-day delivery delay.

International Delivery

Please contact us for overseas orders. We will provide you with a shipping quote depending on your location and product.
