Ingredients
  • 3-6 organic apples
  • A little water
  • A cinnamon stick
  • Cinnamon
Directions
Step 1
Core the apples and chop them into small evenly sized pieces.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a covered, heavy- bottomed pan (or into your Babycook for the longest setting) and cook for about 15 minutes- until soft and mushy- blend if desired.
Step 3
Serve warm or cold, with or without yoghurt or cream.
